Peanut Chutney -Prepared using Groundnuts/Peanuts along with green chilli, grated coconut, garlic. Very good combination for rotis.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 200 gms
Ingredients:
Roasted Peanut -2 tablespoon
Green chilly -5
Chopped Coriander leaves-small amount
Garlic -8 Cloves
Tamarind - Pebble size
Mint leaves -3 tspoons
Grated Coconut -2 tspoons
Salt as per taste

Method:
- Take a pan, Shallow Fry the garlic and green chilly for 2 minutes with or without oil
- Grind all the above said ingredients along with fried green chilly and garlic by adding small amount of water.
- Peanut chutney will be ready.
