Peanut Chutney

Peanut Chutney -Prepared using Groundnuts/Peanuts along with green chilli, grated coconut, garlic. Very good combination for rotis.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 200 gms






Ingredients:
Roasted Peanut -2 tablespoon
Green chilly -5
Chopped Coriander leaves-small amount
Garlic -8 Cloves
Tamarind - Pebble size
Mint leaves -3 tspoons
Grated Coconut -2 tspoons
Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan, Shallow Fry the garlic and green chilly for 2 minutes with or without oil
  2. Grind all the above said ingredients along with fried green chilly and garlic by adding small amount of water.
  3. Peanut chutney will be ready.
