Egg Masala Curry

Egg masala curry is prepared with boiled eggs in spicy curry. This recipe tastes like biryani egg curry as we add more spices and curd. I tried it recently and it turned to be a yummy biryani egg curry which made a good combination for poori, roti, chapathi and rice too. Also as a side dish.
This is a very simple curry to prepare with egg. The detailed recipe is given below.

Method:
Preparation for fried  eggs:
Boiled Eggs -3 made to 6 halves
Oil 2 tspoon
salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Black pepper powder -a pinch of each

Masala:
Oil -1/2 tablespoon
Onion long pieces -1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato -1 Cup
Green chillies -3
Kasuri methi -1.5tspoon
Ginger garlic paste -2tspoons
Mint leaves/Dried Mint leaves powder -1tspoon
Clove Cinnamon Powder -1/4tspoon
Coriander powder/Dhaniya powder - 1tspoon
Red chilli powder- 1 tspoon
Garam masala -3tspoons
Salt as per taste
Water - to adjust consistency required
Curd -1/4 cup

Method: 

  1. Take 3 tspoons of oil in a Frying pan,Place the  Egg Halves in the pan. Fry it on both sides by adding red chilli powder, salt , turmeric powder and black pepper powder. Transfer to a plate.
  2. To the same pan add oil, When its hot add all the ingredients mentioned in masala one by one except Curd and saute it well. Switch off the stove. Let it become warm. 
  3. Add curd and Mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4.  Now take the fried eggs and add to this masala. Cook for few minutes.
  5.  Egg Masala curry will be ready to enjoy with Roti, chapathi or rice...
