Ingredients:
Chicken pieces-500gms
Salt as of taste
Kashmiri redchilli powder -5tspoons
Butter -1/2 tablespoon
Oil -1/2tablespoon
Finely Chopped onion-1cup
Finely Chopped tomato-1cup
Ginger garlic paste -2tspoons
Clove cinnamon powder-1/2tspoon
Method:
- Place the kadai, switch on the stove. Add 1/2tablespoon butter into it. When the oil is hot add redchilli powder. switch of the stove.Add chicken pieces to the kadai and marinate with that heated redchilli oil for 30minutes or more.
- Place the kadai, add oil , when it is hot add onion, saute till golden, add ginger garlic paste, tomato and marinated chicken pieces, saute.
- Let it cook well, if required just sprinkle some water, add salt and clove cinnamon powder. Mix well and cook until chicken is done.
- Chicken chilli is ready to serve
