Chigali/ Black sesame seeds sweet dish

Chigali is a south Indian sweet dish, this is usually prepared using black sesame seeds and jaggery by  south Indian states during sankranti festival or in shravana maasa for Nagarapanchami. In north india  chigali is imli ki goli/Tangy tamarind treat. But the recipe which is described here is south Indian black sesame seeds sweet. Chigali is also called as Yellu unde/Til laddu, but the ingredients used in that dish is slightly different from the one I am describing here. Do have a look at this simple tasty sweet dish.

Chilly Shrimp/Chilly Prawns( No deep frying)

Chilly Shrimp and Chilli prawns can be prepared with same recipe. This recipe is done in my own style rather than usual. This is an Indo chinese starter recipe. It is usually prepared by deep frying the battered Shrimps/Prawns and cooked in chilly sauce as base.I have used very less oil in this recipe as I have not deep fried the Shrimps.
I tried this different method of preparing the Chilly Shrimp and it turned out to be very tasty recipe. It is very easy to prepare. do try and let me know if you liked it.

Baby Corn Bajji / Babycorn Fritters is a perfectly taste dish for snacks.This is prepared by dipping  the Babycorn in the batter of gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and baking soda.
