Boiled egg fry is a very simple dish for evening snacks or as a side dish. Eggs are high in protein and very healthy. This tasty dish is prepared  by boiling eggs , making them into halves and blending the spicy flavor to the egg.

Chigali/ Black sesame seeds sweet dish

Chigali is a south Indian sweet dish, this is usually prepared using black sesame seeds and jaggery by  south Indian states during sankranti festival or in shravana maasa for Nagarapanchami. In north india  chigali is imli ki goli/Tangy tamarind treat. But the recipe which is described here is south Indian black sesame seeds sweet. Chigali is also called as Yellu unde/Til laddu, but the ingredients used in that dish is slightly different from the one I am describing here. Do have a look at this simple tasty sweet dish.

Chilly Shrimp/Chilly Prawns( No deep frying)

Chilly Shrimp and Chilli prawns can be prepared with same recipe. This recipe is done in my own style rather than usual. This is an Indo chinese starter recipe. It is usually prepared by deep frying the battered Shrimps/Prawns and cooked in chilly sauce as base.I have used very less oil in this recipe as I have not deep fried the Shrimps.
I tried this different method of preparing the Chilly Shrimp and it turned out to be very tasty recipe. It is very easy to prepare. do try and let me know if you liked it.

Raw Tangy Curry for Rice/Hasi Gojju/Raw Rasam/Pacchi Pulusu:
We can make variations to this recipe, like in Andhra they call it as pacchi pulusu and they add tempering of oil, mustard seeds, Asafoetida.
This is a traditional raw tangy curry prepared for urgent requirement at my home in Bangalore, as it can be prepared in just 5 minutes. I love this Tangy curry a lot,I ask my mom to prepare this as she prepares it very tasty compared to me. It is having a beautiful taste and freshness.

Mosaru Huli/Curd Based Curry

Majjige huli is a traditional Indian recipe. it is  yogurt or curd based curry prepared with variety of vegetables (any one)-  like bottle gourd , ash pumpkin, mangalore cucumber , ivy gourd. The curry is made with coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves/cilantro, onion, ginger and black pepper.
The most preferred vegetable is ash pumpkin/boodugumbala kaayi  and Bottlegourd/sorekaayi. I have used Bottlegourd.
This curd/yogurt based curry is served for lunch or dinner with hot rice. I have used very less ingredients. Easy, tasty and healthy

Peanut Chutney

Peanut Chutney -Prepared using Groundnuts/Peanuts along with green chilli, grated coconut, garlic. Very good combination for rotis.
