Egg methi fry

Hi, I dont know how many of you use methileaves with egg, but when the taste of egg and methi leaves is blended its an awesome taste.
Egg methi fry is prepared with boiled egg, onion, tomato, green chilli, methi leaves and spices. The taste was very tasty and I often prepare at home.The detail of recipe is described below.

Prepartion time: 20-30min

Boiled Organic Eggs - 3
Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped- 1/2 cup
Chopped Methi/Fenugreek leaves -1cup
Green chilli -2 [chopped]
ChoppedCoriander leaves
ChoppedTomato- 3/4 cup
Red chilli powder-1/4tspoon
Jeera powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4tspoon
Ginger garlic  paste -1tspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder/ dhaniya powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt as per taste
Oil-1/2 tablespoon

  1. Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped green chilli, onion, Methi leaves, saute well until all cooked.
  2. Add tomato,turmeric powder, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, garam masala,cook well and add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, jeera powder,coriander powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Add the boiled egg and mix well.Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  4. Tasty Egg methi fry ready to serve.
