Paneer Burji


Paneer Burji will be a very tasty dish to prepare. It makes a good combination with roti, chapathi and bread too. It is prepared with very less ingredients and very less time. The main ingredients used are paneer, onion, tomato and some light spices. Serving: 4 cups


Ingredients:
Grated Paneer-3 cups
Onion- 1/2 cup
Green chilli -3
Tomato -1/2cup
Capsicum -1/2
Coriander leaves
Pepper powder -2 tspoon
Red chilli powder -1/4tspoon
Coriander seeds/dhaniya Powder-1/4tspoon
Jeera Powder- 1tspoon
Turmeric powder -Pinch
Salt-as per taste
Turmeric powder -pinch
Oil -5tspoon

Method:

  1.  Take a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, onion, capsicum and tomatoes.
  2.  Stir well for 4 min and then add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder,coriander seeds powder, coriander leaves.
  3. Add Grated paneer and mix well until its cooked (For Around 5-10 min).
  4. Serve hot Paneer burji
