Lamb meat -300 gms
Chopped Onion -1
Chopped tomato -1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tspoon
Red chilli powder -1 tspoon or less
Salt as per taste
Water
Oil - 1tspoon

Method:
- Heat the oil in pressure cooker.
- Add lamb meat and turmeric powder.
- Mix well until the raw smell of meat vanishes.
- Add onion,tomato and red chilli powder.
- Mix well , add Water until meat dips in water.
- Pressure cook until meat cooks well.
- Open the lid when cooker pressure subsides.
- Lamb meat curry is ready to serve
