Jeera Chilli Fry /Cumins Chilli fry

Jeera chilli/Cumin chilli fry is a very tasty recipe as a side dish. It can be prepared very quickly, You just need 5 minutes. Main ingredients are Cumin powder and non spicy chillies. The complete description of preparation is here, do try and let me know your opinion about the recipe.

Ingredients:
Chillies -Select the Non Spicy Chillies
Salt as per taste
Cumin powder
Oil -2 tspoons

Method:
  1. Always select the chillies which is used for fritters/bajji which is non spicy.
  2. Slit and Cut the Chillies to medium size.
  3. Take a pan, add oil -Add cut chillies, salt and Jeera/cumin powder.
  4. Mix well and close the lid and cook for few minutes in medium flame.
  5. Stir it often so that it wont get charred.
  6. Jeera chilli -a very tasty recipe is ready to serve as side dish with food.
