Soyachunks Spaghetti

Spaghetti Soyachunks -I made this recently and its really really yummy with soyachunks. Try this at home and you will love this.
The main ingredients and soyachunks and spaghetti along with vegetable and indian spices. The recipe description is here, do read, prepare at home and enjoy with family.

Servings: For 3-4



Ingredients:
Sphagetthi Noodles -200gms
Chopped Onion -1
Chopped Tomato -1/2
Chopped Garlic -2tspoons
Chopped Carrot-1
Chopped Capsicum -1
Soyachunks/Meal Maker-1cup
Chopped cilantro -Optional
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Tomato ketchup -3tspoon
Soya sauce -1 Tspoon
Red chilli sauce -1 Tspoon
Green chilli sauce -1 Tspoon

Olive oil/Sunflower Oil -1 tablespoon

Method:

  1. Bring the water to boil, add salt and Spaghetti and let is cook well in water for about 20minutes.Drain the water using a colander.
  2. Cook the soyachunks in water with little quantity of salt.
  3. Take a wide pan/Kadai, add oil. Heat in low flame
  4. When oil is hot add Garlic, Onion,Capsicum and Carrot. Now make it to medium flame
  5. Stir fry.When it is cooked add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and Tomato ketchup.
  6. Add little quantity of salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder and boiled soya chunks.Mix well. Now make to High flame.
  7. Reduce the flame to low and add Spaghetti and mix well
  8. Cilantro is optional. Add cilantro and mix well.
  9. Hot Spaghetti soya chunks is ready to serve.
