Chicken Liver Fry

Chicken Liver Fry is a tasty , simple and easy recipe to prepare. The Chicken liver fry recipe with photo , ingredients and method of preparation.
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: For 4

Chicken liver - 250 gm
Green chilli -2
Coriander leaves
Tomato- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tspoon
Red chilli powder-2 tspoon
Jeera powder-1/2 tspoon
Garam masala powder- 1 to 2 tspoons
Dhaniya/Coriander seeds Powder- 1 tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tspoon

  1. Chop green chilli,onion, tomato, coriander leaves into small pieces.
  2. In a pan add oil. when oil is hot add onion, green chilli, turmeric, salt and fry for few minutes.
  3. Add chicken liver pieces [chopped or whole] and mix well. Close the lid and Let it cook well.
  4. When chicken livers are cooked well -add tomatoes, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, jeera/cumin powder, garam masala powder,dhaniya /Coriander seeds powder, salt as per taste and one glass water. 
  5. Mix well and close the lid to boil for 5-7 minutes. 
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves/cilantro.
  7. Chicken liver fry is ready to serve.
