Turkey Fry Indian Style

Turkey fry in Indian style-I tried this recipe in my own way of cooking and it came to be an awesome dish. so thought I should share it with you all.
It requires very less ingredients and an easy recipe. though easy and less ingredients, this is an awesome tasty dish.

Serving: 3 servings of 1 cup each

Ingredients:

Turkey breast Fillets -1lb
Ginger Garlic paste -1/4cup
Chopped Onion -1 cup
Tomato puree-3 cups
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Turmeric powder-1tspoon
Red chilli powder -3 tspoons
Chicken masala/Garam Masala -4 tablespoons
Pepper powder -1tspoon
Salt as per taste
Oil -1 cup

Method:
  1. Take a Kadai with thick bottom and wide mouth.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of oil.
  3. Add washed and cut  Turkey pieces.
  4. Add turmeric powder 1/4 tspoon and small quantity of salt.
  5. Fry for 15 minutes and transfer it into an another pan, add some water and let it be cooking  in slow flame on another stove.
  6. To the pan which is used earlier to fry turkey pieces, add 1/4cup of oil. Oil becomes hot.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste, Sauté.
  8. Add onion and stir well.
  9. Add turmeric powder and small quantity of salt.
  10. Add Red chilli powder and chicken masala/garam masala.
  11. Cook for sometime and add chopped  cilantro & Tomato puree.
  12. Fry it until oil oozes out well.
  13. Transfer the turkey pieces into this pan.
  14. Add Pepper powder and Mix for few minutes.
  15. Add 2 cups of water- close the lid and cook in low flame until water evaporates completely and turkey pieces cooks well.
  16. If turkey is uncooked, add some more water and cook well until its cooked well.
  17. Garnish with cilantro.
  18. Hot and tasty Turkey fry is ready to serve.
