Tilapia Fish Fry -Simple & Tasty

 


Tilapia Fishes are the tasty fishes. They are available in all sizes.

This Fish Fry makes your taste buds happy. The preparation is very easy and makes a yummy fish fry.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 pieces per serving

Ingredients:
For Marination:
Cleaned Tilapia fish Pieces - 500gms
Tamarind Concentrate-1 table spoon
Red chilli powder- 2 tspoon
Black pepper powder- 2 tspoon
Salt-as per taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow Frying

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above along with fish to marinate. Keep it for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Take a Pan, add oil and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces by turning both sides in slow flame by closing the lid.
  3. Cooks in 6 to 10 minutes.
  4. Tasty Tilapia fish fry is ready to serve. 
  5. You can also fry it in Air fryer at 360 degree Farhenite for 12 minutes
