Plantain Bajji /Fritters

Raw banana/Plantain bajji/Fritters
Plantain Fritters are very tasty and snacks for evening or as side dish during meals.
And also it is a quick, simple and easy snack to prepare.

Cooking time: 10minutes
Serving : 5 fritters per serving



Ingredients:
Thick Batter:
Gram flour- 1cup
Red chilli powder-1tspoon
Baking soda - 1/8 tspoon
Salt-as per taste

Others:
Raw banana/ Plantain -Sliced to thick/Thin pieces
Cumin powder
Salt
Red chilli powder


Oil for Deep Frying

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in thick batter
  2. Add the water little by little to make a thick batter to required consistency and it makes coat on thin slices of plantain
  3. Take oil for deep frying, when oil is hot, dip the Slices of Plantain in the batter and put in hot oil. 
  4. Fry for 2 min both sides and Take it out from oil when it is golden color or well cooked.
