Mutton Kheema Fry
Mutton kheema fry is a very tasty recipe which I tried recently in my style of cooking.
Main ingredients are lamb meat and Indian spices. The complete written recipe as well as video is provided here.

Cooking time: 1 hour
Serving : 1 cup per serving


Ingredients:
Mutton Kheema : 250 grams
Oil -1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds -1/2 tspoon
Cumin seeds -1/4 tspoon
Chopped onions -1 cup
Ginger garlic paste -2 tspoons
Red chilli paste - 10 dry red chillies paste
Tomato puree -2 cups
Turmeric powder -1/2 tspoon
Salt as per taste
Garam masala powder -2 tspoons
Chicken masala/Meat masala - 3 tspoons
Cumin powder - 1 tspoon
Coriander powder -1 tspoon
Cilantro/coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Water as much as required

Method:
Prepare Red chilli paste : Soak dry chillies in water for 2 hours and grind it, paste will be ready
Add oil to the pan
When the oil is hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and cook for sometime
Add red chilli powder and garam masala - mix well
Add tomato puree
Add cumin powder and coriander powder- cook
Add salt, turmeric power and cilantro and mix again
Add chicken masala powder/ Meat masala powder -Any brand
Mix well and add Kheema
Mix well and cook until Meat is completely cooked
Add water in between and keep stirring.
Close the lid and cook for Sometime
Oil oozes out and the meat is cooked.
Garnish with cilantro
Mutton kheema fry is ready to serve.
