Servings: 2 eggs per person
Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs -2
For Batter:
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Maida/All purpose flour -1/2 tablespoon
Food color -pinch
soya sauce -1 tspoon
Green chilli sauce - 1 tspoon
Ginger garlic paste -1 tspoon
Red chilli powder -1tspoon
Salt as per taste
Water as required to get thick batter
Cilantro-for garnishing
Method:
- Boil the eggs- Peel the shells - Cut the egg in the shape you like
- Prepare Batter : Add all the ingredients mentioned the batter section and mix well
- Take the piece of egg and coat well .
- Put carefully in the medium hot oil
- Deep fry and remove and drain the oil
- Place on a plate
- Garnish with cilantro
- Crispy Egg is ready to serve
