Chicken drumsticks are very tasty and liked by non-vegetarians. Chicken drumsticks are marinated with spices , curd and herbs. And cooked on a pan. very easy and tasty dish. If it is cooked in tandoor the taste will be awesome. Tandoor is a clay pot used to cook chicken or naan and also variety dishes.As we cant maintain a tandoor in house, we can also grill in oven or outdoor grill. The detailed recipe is given below

Salt to taste
Red chilli powder- 2tspoon
Garlic paste- 2tspoon
Ginger paste -1/2tspoon
Coriander seeds powder-2 tspoon
Kasuri methi powder -1 tspoon
Onion paste - 2tspoons
Garam masala -1tspoon
Soya Sauce -1tspoon
Curd/yogurt -1tablespoon
Chopped cilantro for garnish
Oil for shallow frying
Lemon juice-few drops

Method:
- Make slits or scars on chicken drumsticks. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in marination. Keep it 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Spread oil on the pan and place the marinated chicken drumsticks or grill in oven or outdoor grill.
- Close the lid of pan and turn on all sides and cook the chicken drumsticks well.
- Chicken drumsticks fry will be ready. Add some lemon juice on it to enhance the taste.
