Quail egg is very small in size, but as they say in many articles it is very healthy. Just made an omelette as same as a hen egg. It tasted good. If you get quail eggs try it as an omlette too. Usually quail eggs are used to make curries and also used to decorate biryanis.

Ingredients:
Quail Egg -1 -2
Salt -1/8 tspoon
Red chilli powder/black pepper powder -1/8 tspoon
Jeera/cumin powder -1/8 tspoon
Onion - cut like a single ring
Oil -1 tspoon
Method:
- Take a nonstick pan, add oil and spead around in middle-Keep the onion ring -Break the egg inside it.
- Sprinkle salt, jeera/cumin powder and red chilli powder/black pepper powder on omelette.
- Cook on both sides - Quail Egg omelette is ready to eat.
