Ingredients:
Kale -1 bunch
Oil -2 tspoons
Salt as per taste
Garlic powder or crushed garlic -1 tspoon/6 cloves
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspoon to 1 tspoon
Grated coconut -1 tablespoon
Method:
- Take a kadai/wide mouth pan, add oil.
- If you adding Crushed garlic add to the hot oil.
- when oil is hot add cleaned, washed and chopped kale.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and garlic powder.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon water . Keep stirring to cook.
- Cook until water evaporates completely.
- Kale stir fry is ready to serve.
