Kale stir Fry/Palya


Kale is dark leafy greens you can eat raw or cooked. I usually prefer to cook and eat. This superfood has been on dinner plates from a very long times. This vegetable hails from Cabbage Family which includes broccoli, cauliflower and collards. It is packed with vitamins and minerals. Do prepare the easy Kale stir fry for your food plate.Preparation time: 20 minutes





Ingredients:
Kale -1 bunch
Oil -2 tspoons
Salt as per taste
Garlic powder or crushed garlic -1 tspoon/6 cloves
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspoon to 1 tspoon
Grated coconut -1 tablespoon

Method:
  1. Take a kadai/wide mouth pan, add oil.
  2. If you adding Crushed garlic add to the hot oil.
  3. when oil is hot add cleaned, washed and chopped kale.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and garlic powder.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon water . Keep stirring to cook.
  8. Cook until water evaporates completely.
  9. Kale stir fry is ready to serve.
