Simple Boiled Egg fry

Boiled egg fry is a very simple dish for evening snacks or as a side dish. Eggs are high in protein and very healthy. This tasty dish is prepared  by boiling eggs , making them into halves and blending the spicy flavor to the egg.Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 eggs per serving

Boiled eggs -2
Sliced capsicums -1/2 cup
Sliced onion-1/2 cup
Sliced tomato - 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mustard seeds -1/4 tspoon
Cumin Seeds- 1/4 tspoons
Garam Masala -1 tspoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspoon
Pepper powder -1/4 tspoon
Turmeric powder- pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil- 2 tablespoon

  1. Take a bowl, add crystal salt, Eggs and water to immerse the eggs.
  2. Boil it. Eggs will perfectly boil in 12 minutes on high flame.
  3. To peel the eggs easily, remove the hot water, crack the eggs and put it in cold water. 
  4. Take a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil. when oil is medium hot add halves of eggs, 1/4 tspoon of red chilli powder. 1/8 spoon of pepper powder, salt. turmeric powder. Cook it to golden on both sides.
  5. Transfer to a plate.
  6. To the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil - When hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Sliced onions, capsicum and Tomato.
  7. Cook for just few minutes. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder and very less quantity of salt.
  8. Place the eggs into this pan and cook on both sides. 
  9. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  10. Plating- Place the halve of eggs and put the cooked onion, capsicum, tomato mixture on it and serve.
  11. Simple Boiled egg fry is ready to serve.
