Gravy Chilly Chicken

Gravy chilli chicken is a very tasty and mouthwatering dish. It is prepared by blending the flavors of lot of green chillies, ginger and garlic. This dish requires very less ingredients and can be prepared very quickly. The detail of recipe is given below. Do prepare and let me know your opinion.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 1 cup per serving

Chicken - 500 gm
Sliced Capsicum -1 cup 
Finely chopped tomato-1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Rice Flour -1/2 tspoon
Ginger garlic paste-  4 tspoons
Green chilli paste- 3 tspoons [as per spiceness required]
Garam Masala -1 tspoon (optional)
Chopped cilantro/Coriander leaves-1 tablespoon
Soya sauce -3 tspoons
Lemon juice-few drops
Salt as per  taste
Oil- 2 tablespoon

  1. Take a kadai, add oil. when oil is hot add chicken pieces, salt. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomato, green chilli paste and ginger garlic paste.
  3. When chicken is completely cooked. Add the Garam Masala, Capsicum, soya sauce and cook for 3 -4 minutes. 
  4. In a small cup take corn flour and Rice flour and make a thin paste with 200 ml of water.
  5. Add thin paste of corn flour and rice flour, coriander leaves and mix well. cook for only 5 minutes. Do not cook for too long, or else corn flour makes a coat on chicken pieces and oil separates so do not allow it to happen to get gravy texture.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix again. The tasty gravy chilli chicken will be ready to serve.
Note: I have not added capsicum, as I did not had it at home.
