Goat Brain Fry

 

Goat Brain Fry for  Nonvegetarians. This is a very rare food recipe. Usually not all prepare this at home, they usually go to restaurant or Military hotels to order the goat brain fry and eat. If you want to prepare this at home and enjoy the homemade goat brain fry here is the recipe for you.Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving : 1 cup per serving



Ingredients:
Goat Brains - 2
Chopped onion -1 cup
Curry leaves -few
Chopped tomato -1 cup
Chopped green chilli- 1
Chopped cilantro -1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste -2 tspoon
Oil -1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder- 1 tspoon
Black Pepper Powder -1 tspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 tspoon
Coriander leaves - 1 tspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1 tspoon
Water - 2 cups

Method:
  1. Wash and Clean the Goat Brains
  2. Take a pan , add oil, when oil is hot add chopped onions, green chillis, curry leaves
  3. Let it cook well 
  4. Add Ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
  5. Add all the dry spices and mix well
  6. Mix and cook well until oil oozes out.
  7. Add some water and now add the goat brains 
  8. Smash them well with ladle  to small pieces while it cooks well
  9. Add more water in between cooking
  10. Cook the Goat brain completely.
  11. And it will be ready to serve.
