Red Bell Pepper Chutney using Airfryer


Red Bell Pepper Chutney. This chutney makes good combination for Dosa, Idli. Bajji, Roti, masala Vada.. list goes on. I liked this chutney a lot, one of my friend said the recipe and I prepared as she said and it came out very tasty. so thought I will share with all  my subscribers, followers too. Here the complete description. Do prepare and enjoy the tasty chutney which is prepared using Air fryer. You can also use oven to cook the red bell pepper and tomato, garlic too. To make it simple I have used Air fryer.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 1 Bell pepper makes 1 cup chutney

Red Bell pepper -1
Tomato -1
Dry red chillies -6 (Increase the quantity if you need more spicy chutney)
Garlic -3
Crystal salt as per taste
Cilantro -optional

  1. Wash tomato and red bell pepper
  2. Keep it in the Air fryer basket and switch the Air fryer and set 350 degree F for 20 minutes
  3. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes open the Air fryer Basket and turn the tomato and Red bell pepper on other side.
  5. Close and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Then place Garlic and dry red chillies into the Air Fryer Basket
  7. Let it cook for 7 minutes
  8. So 20 minutes cycle is completed.
  9. Remove everything and place it in a plate.
  10. Peel the skin of tomato.
  11. Make red bell pepper and tomato into big pieces
  12. Place all the ingredients in the mixier grinder and grind it into smooth or coarse paste.
  13. Or you can also make paste of it using Mortar and Pestle.
  14. The red bell pepper chutney is ready to serve.
