Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs - 3
Chopped Onion-1
Capsicum chopped- 1/4
Chopped Green chilli -3
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Tomato- 3/4
Red chilli powder-1/4tspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Ginger paste -1/4 spoon
Garlic paste -1 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander seeds powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon
Method:
- Take oil in pan, when oil is hot add chopped green chilli, onion, tomato, capsicum, Ginger garlic paste sauté and cook well.
- Add all the dry powder spices -Garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, cumin powder, Black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add salt a bit more to compensate the salty taste when egg is added or you can add salt later too.
- Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add into this and mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
