Capsicum/Bellpepper Scrambled Egg/Egg Burji

Capsicum/Bell pepper Scrambled Egg/Egg Burji -Recipe is same as Egg burji 
but we add a lot of Capsicum/Bell Pepper to this dish which gives and entirely different taste than the actual plain egg burji.
Makes a tasty combination as side dish for chapathi and as side dish for any main course.

Preparation time:10 minutes
Servings:1 cup per serving


Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Chopped Onion-1 cup
Capsicum/Bell pepper finely chopped- 2 cups
Chopped Green chilli -4
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Tomato- 1cup
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon


Method:

  1. Take oil in the pan, when oil is hot add chopped green chilli, Chopped onion, Chopped tomato, Chopped capsicum.
  2. Cook and add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Check the taste of this mixture, the salty taste should be little extra to compensate when egg is added. 
  4. Break the egg into the pan, mix well and stir until completely cooked.
  5. The tasty Capsicum/Bell pepper Scrambled egg/egg burji is ready to serve
