Capsicum/Bell pepper Scrambled Egg/Egg Burji -Recipe is same as Egg burji
but we add a lot of Capsicum/Bell Pepper to this dish which gives and entirely different taste than the actual plain egg burji.
Preparation time:10 minutes
Servings:1 cup per serving
Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Chopped Onion-1 cup
Capsicum/Bell pepper finely chopped- 2 cups
Chopped Green chilli -4
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Tomato- 1cup
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tspoon
Black pepper powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Salt as per taste
Oil-1 tablespoon
Method:
- Take oil in the pan, when oil is hot add chopped green chilli, Chopped onion, Chopped tomato, Chopped capsicum.
- Cook and add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Check the taste of this mixture, the salty taste should be little extra to compensate when egg is added.
- Break the egg into the pan, mix well and stir until completely cooked.
- The tasty Capsicum/Bell pepper Scrambled egg/egg burji is ready to serve
