Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs -4
Chopped onion-/2 cup
Turmeric powder
Oil
For Gravy masala:
Dry Roasted cashew-nuts -1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 3 tspoons
Cumin powder -1 tspoons
Coriander powder -1 tspoons
Grated fresh coconut -1/2 cup
Tomato -1
Coriander leaves /cilantro -small quantity
Garlic -5 clove
Ginger -1/4 inch
Clove -2
Cinnamon -1/4 inch
Salt as per taste
water as much as required
Method:
- Grind the ingredients mentioned above in masala to get smooth paste.
- Make scars on boiled eggs. Take a pan, add 2 tspoons of oil, when the oil is hot add little quantity of red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- To this add eggs and fry well to get golden colour.
- Once the egg comes to golden colour transfer to a plate.
- To the same pan add, 1/2 tablespoon of oil, add chopped onions and let it become transparent. Now add the masala
- Bring masala to boil, Now add the fried eggs and cook for few more minutes and its done.
