Cheese egg dosa is very tasty , easy and simple to prepare. This is prepared using Dosa batter , egg and grated cheese. Usually dosa batter can be prepared and stored in refrigerator for about a week or more. Whenever we feel like eating Cheese egg dosa , it can be easily prepared and enjoyed.

Dosa batter
Eggs
Grated cheese
Red chilli powder
Salt
Method:

- Place a pan in a low-medium flame and once it is hot just sprinkle water and let the water evaporate.
- Spread dosa on a non stick pan, spray oil.
- Break an egg on dosa and spread over it well, spray oil
- Sprinkles red chilli powder and salt
- Spread grated cheese on it
- Close the lid quickly and let it cook well.
