Cheese Egg Dosa

Cheese egg dosa is very tasty , easy and simple to prepare. This is prepared using Dosa batter , egg and grated cheese. Usually dosa batter can be prepared and stored in refrigerator for about a week or more. Whenever we feel like eating Cheese egg dosa , it can be easily prepared and enjoyed.

Preparation time: 5 min
Serves: As many dosas as required

Dosa batter
Grated cheese
Red chilli powder

  2. Place a pan in a low-medium flame and once it is hot just sprinkle water and let the water evaporate.
  3. Spread dosa on a non stick pan, spray oil.
  4. Break an egg on dosa and spread over it well, spray oil
  5. Sprinkles red chilli powder and salt
  6. Spread grated cheese on it
  7. Close the lid quickly and let it cook well.
