Ingredients:
Urad dal -1 cup

Chana dal -1 cup
Cumin seeds -1/4 cup
Mustard seeds -1/4 cup
Red chillies -20 or 1 cup
Coriander seeds -1/2 cup
Method:
- Dry roast each ingredient until you get a nice aroma.
- Don't char the Ingredients.
- Grind it to get coarse powder.
- Store it in a airtight container.
- Add 4 tspoons of this powder to make 1 liter of sambar.
- Add 1 tspoon of this powder to vegetables stir fry.
