Thus, This cereal must be added to your daily diet to ensure a healthy and balanced diet. Besides this, it also helps in controlling blood sugar spikes and maintaining bone health. I prepared this Ragi porridge for my baby. No lumps formation. Do prepare this healthy dish.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving: 1 cup for babies

3 Cups for Elders
Ingredients: For 1 cup
Ragi flour -1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder -1/4 tspoon
Cumin powder -1/2 tspoon
Ghee -1/2 tspoon
Method:
- Take a cup or glass - add ragi flour and water to make it a thin consistency liquid. Keep it ready.
- Take a Cooking Bowl and add 2 cups water, ghee, salt, cumin powder and pepper powder.
- Keep it on stove in medium flame and bring to boil.
- When it starts to boil, let it boil for 3 minutes.
- Now add the Ragi flour Paste into it and stir well
- Keep stirring and cook well
- Ragi porridge is ready to serve.
- You can add some curd into this and mix well, it enhances the taste. This is optional.
