Ingredients:
Boiled Avarekaalu-5cups
Potato half boiled -1[cut into cubes]
Brinjal half boiled -1[cut into pieces]
For masala:
Fresh grated coconut-2cups
Tomato-2
Tamarind-5gms
Sambar powder-1tablespoon
Salt as per taste
For Tadka:
Asafoetida-1/4tspoon
Mustard -1/4tspoon
Curry leaves
Oil -3tspoon
Method:
- Make masala with above mentioned ingredients.
- Take oil for tadka, add all ingredients mentioned under tadka. Add masala and boiled Avarekaalu,potato, brinjal and boil until potato and brinjal is fully cooked.
- The yummy Avarekaalu saaru/Huli will be ready to serve.
