Egg Noodles/Soupy Noodles/Egg Maggi is a very quick and easy recipes which can be cooked just in 15 minutes. You can make it Soupy or can make it dry. Prepare quickly and eat it as a breakfast /snack/ lunch/ Dinner. The detail recipe is here.

Ingredients:
Noodles (Maggi or Ching's) - 2 with 2 masala packets
Eggs -2 to 4
Chopped onion- 1/4 cup
Chopped tomato -1/2 cup
Chopped cilantro -Garnish
Chopped Carrot - 1 cup
Chopped Potato -1 cup
Frozen/Fresh Green peas -1/4 cup
Oil -1 table spoon
Mustard Seeds -1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds -1/2 teaspoon
Asafeotida -pinch
Curry leaves - 6
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder -1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder -pinch (optional)
Water 3 cups
Method:
- Take a kadai, add oil .when the oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafeotida and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and turmeric powder
- Add other vegetables -Carrot and green peas.
- When carrot and green peas are half cooked add chopped potato.
- Add salt , red chilli powder and cumin powder and stir.
- Add water and when it comes to boil add Noodles and masala of noodles
- Add chopped tomatoes and cilantro
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- The Tasty Egg Soupy Noodles will be ready to serve.
- If you want dry noodles just add 1 cup of water and cook the noodles by stirring often.
