Crispy Okra / Kurkuri bhindi /Lady's Finger fry

Crispy Okra / Kurkuri bhindi /Lady's Finger fry is an easy side dish which is very tasty and loved by all, even kids like it a lot. Very simple to prepare. The complete recipe description is here

Cooking time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

Lady's Finger - 250 grams
Gram flour/Besan flour - 2 tablespoons
Rice flour -1 tablespoon
Maida flour - 2 teaspoons
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Amchoor powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
water - 1/2 tablespoon

Method:
  1. Wash and clean the lady's finger.
  2. Chop them into thin slices as shown in the video.
  3. Add all the ingredients mentioned above.
  4. Deep fry in medium flame until it becomes crispy.
  5. Crispy and tasty  Lady' finger is ready to serve as snacks or as a side dish for rice too
