Mashed Chicken liver -For rice and Roti

Mashed Chicken Liver Fry is a tasty , simple and easy recipe to prepare. Chicken liver is  very healthy. do try the recipe at home and enjoy with rice, road or even with bread.

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: For 4






Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 200 gm
Chopped Onion-1Cup
Coriander leaves -1 cup
Chopped Tomato- 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder-2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder- 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon 
Salt to taste
Oil- 2 tablespoon

Method:

  1. In a pan add oil. when oil is hot Ginger garlic paste, mix well and add add onion.
  2. When Onion is golden colors add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
  3. Cook for sometime and add tomato and again cook until tomato mashed up.
  4. Add chicken liver pieces [chopped or whole] and mix well. Close the lid and Let it cook well. Stir it in between. 
  5. Let the chicken liver cooks well and if you want it to be mashed up more , cook for more time and keep breaking it.
  6. Chicken liver fry is ready to serve.
