Preparation time: 40 minutes
Servings: For 4
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 200 gm
Chopped Onion-1Cup
Coriander leaves -1 cup
Chopped Tomato- 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste- 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder-2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder- 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Method:
- In a pan add oil. when oil is hot Ginger garlic paste, mix well and add add onion.
- When Onion is golden colors add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
- Cook for sometime and add tomato and again cook until tomato mashed up.
- Add chicken liver pieces [chopped or whole] and mix well. Close the lid and Let it cook well. Stir it in between.
- Let the chicken liver cooks well and if you want it to be mashed up more , cook for more time and keep breaking it.
- Chicken liver fry is ready to serve.
