Bass Fish fry

White Bass fish is very tasty fish and we can prepare variety of recipes with it. The below recipe can be prepared using any kind of medium size fish and river fishes. The fish is cleaned and made small pieces. Marinated with chilli powder, salt, tamarind, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and spices. kept for few hours and shallow fried. the complete detail of recipe is given below.

Servings: 10 pieces


Ingredients:
For Marination:
Cleaned and cut fresh White bass fish -  10 pieces
Corn starch-1tspoon
Tamarind Concentrate-1/2table spoon
Red chilli powder-4tspoon
Black pepper powder-1tspoon
Salt-as per taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2tspoon
Cinnamon clove powder -1/4tspoon
Lemon juice-few drops
Oil -1tspoon
Oil for shallow Frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above along with fish to marinate. Keep it for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Use non stick pan, add little oil and shallow fry the marinated fish pieces on both sides in a low flame. Tasty White bass fish fry ready to serve.
