Servings: 1 potato can make 15 fritters
Ingredients:
Batter:
Gram flour-1 cup
Rice flour- 3 tspoon
Red chilli powder-2tspoon
Jeera powder-1/2 tspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2tspoon
Baking soda -2 pinches
Salt-as per taste
Others:
Potato -1 [Cut into thick slices]
Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in batter.Add the water little by little to make a soft batter to coat the potato slice.
- Take oil for deep frying, when oil is hot, dip the slice of Potato in the batter and put in to hot oil. Fry for 2 min both sides and Take it out from oil when it is golden color. Drain excess oil on tissue towel.
