Fish Kabab can be prepared from any variety of fish. Fish kabab is very easy to prepare. It is a quick recipe. Fish pieces or may be small fishes should be marinated with spices and corn flour. Ingredients:
For Marination
Fish - 400gms
Corn flour - 2 tablespooons
Egg -1
Red chilli powder-2tspoons
Black pepper powder-1/2tspoon
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Ginger garlic paste- 2tspoon
Garam masala -2tspoon
Coriander and Green chilli paste-1tspoon
Food red colour- 1/4tspoon [optional]
Ajinomoto/Taste powder-pinch/little
Lemon juice-1/2tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep Frying

For Marination
Fish - 400gms

Method:
- Make pieces of Fish [use whole fish if it is small ones].
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above along with Fish pieces to marinate.
- Keep it for 2 to 3 hours or more in refrigerator. Can prepare marination at night(Refrigerate) and deep fry next day too.
- Deep fry the marinated Fish.
- Tasty Fish kabab will be ready.
