Pepper Mushroom Stir Fry

Pepper mushroom stir fry is a very simple and easy dish to prepare in just 10 minutes prepared with mushrooms of your choice, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander leaves. Pepper here means Black pepper powder.

Preparation time: 10minutes
Servings: 1cup per serving




Ingredients:
Mushroom of your choice (white button mushroom/shitake/oyster mushroom)- 200gms
Pepper powder-1/2 tspoon
Turmeric powder -1/4tspoon(optional)
Coriander leaves to garnish
Ginger garlic paste -1tspoon
Bell pepper/Capsicum -1 (optional- I have not used in the recipe)
Oil or Ghee -1 tablespoon
Salt as per taste

Method:
  1. Wash and cut the mushroom to thin slices/cubes.
  2. Add oil/ ghee to the pan.
  3. When oil is heated add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add Mushroom and stir fry.
  5. Cut the capsicum to thin slices
  6. Add capsicum Slices, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle small quantity of water to support the cooking of mushroom if required.
  8. Let the mushroom cook well.
  9. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  10. Easy Pepper Mushroom stir fry is ready to serve
