Ingredients:
For Gobi:
Cauliflower-2cups
Corn Flour-2 tablespoon
Maida Flour-2 tspoon
Rice flour-1 tspoon
Red chilli powder -1/2 tspoon
Garlic ginger paste -1 spoon
Salt as per taste
Food colour -1pinch [Optional]
Oil for deep frying
For the sauce:
Oil -5tspoons
Chopped garlic-3tspoon
Ginger Paste-1/4tspoon
Green chillies chopped-2
Chopped onions or spring onions -1
Soya sauce-1/2tspoon
Tomato ketchup-4tspoons
1 tsp red chilli sauce-2tspoons
salt as per taste
Method:
- Maida flour, Rice flour, corn flour,garlic paste, red chilli powder,salt in a bowl Mix it well. Add the cut pieces of Cauliflower and make sure that a thin layer of batter is formed on cauliflower. I did not use food colour while preparing.
- Heat oil for deep frying pan. Fry Gobi until it reaches golden colour and take it out from the oil.
- Sauce: Take 5tspoons of oil in pan, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped capsicum, ginger paste, chopped green chilli, salt as per taste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, stir well and boil. Then add deep fried gobi and mix well for 4 min and switch off the flame.
