Boti Chat

Boti chat is a vegetarian recipe. Hearing word boti, some may feel as non vegetarian. It is a famous street food in south india. It is also called as gold finger fryums chat. I have used here small botis but usually it is prepared using long botis. It is a very tasty chat which everyone would like to have more and more, especially kids will love it. you can just use the gold finger fryums which will be usually available at home and prepare this chat as evening snacks.The detail of recipe is given below. 



Preparation time: 10 min
Servings:2 -4

Ingredients:
Long Botis -10
Boiled chickpeas or green peas -1/4cup
Chopped onion -1/2cup
Chopped tomato-1/2cup
Chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
Sev/mixture
Green chutney as per taste
Sweet chutney as per taste
Salt as per taste
Chat powder

Method:

  1. Take each boti and make it vertically half. 
  2. Take a plate arrange the half part of botis, add chickpeas/green peas, onion. tomato, cilantro, green chutney, sweet chutney, mixture, chat powder and salt.
  3. Take the second half part of boti and place over the first half filled with garnishing ingredients.
  4. Enjoy the tasty boti chat.
