Fresh Mushroom Soup

OK so lets prepare The fresh mushroom soup instead of purchasing it from restaurant or getting soup powder from grocery shop. This recipe is really very tasty and you will enjoy a lot having this soup. Do try and let me know how you liked it. Mushroom is freshly cooked and blended with garlic and ginger to get an awesome recipe.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6 -7 cups


Ingredients:
Mushroom -200 grams
Corn flour -2 tspoons
Garlic -4 cloves
Ginger - 1/4 inch/very little
Water - 6 cups
Unsalted Butter -3 tspoons
Cream -2 tspoons
Black Pepper powder-1/2 tspoon
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method: [cook in simmer]
  1. Take a cooking bowl, add 1 tspoon butter, Fry the mushroom until its cooked well or for 7 minutes, Let it cool.
  2. In a blender add fried mushrooms, ginger, garlic and grind it to paste.
  3. To the same cooking bowl in which mushroom is fried, add 2 tspoons butter and add the paste of mushroom. Add a pinch of pepper powder and remaining water.
  4. In a small bowl, mix corn flour with 5 to 10 ml of water. Add this to the soup. Add salt and adjust the taste. Keep stirring , when you add corn flour you can see the thickening of the soup.
  5. Let the mushroom soup cook well in simmer for 7-8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Take a bowl, Add required amount of soup and cream. Enjoy hot fresh soup.
