Ingredients:
Goat Brain-2
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspoon (optional)
Jeera/Cumin seeds-1/4 tspoon(optional)
Chopped onion -1 cup
Chopped tomato-1 cup
Chopped green chilli-2
Chopped coriander leaves/cilantro-1/2 cup
Red chilli powder- 3/4 tspoon
Pepper powder-2 pinches
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 tspoon
Oil-2 tablespoon
Method:
- Take a wok/pan/kadai -Add oil. when oil is heated add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds.
- When mustard splatters add Green chilli, onion. Mix well and let the onion becomes transparent.
- Add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, Pepper powder, garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Goat brain and mash it well using a ladle or spoon to blend it well with other ingredients. Add some quantity of water(1/4 cup) if required so that it wont get charred.
- Close the lid and cook in simmer 10-15 minutes. Lets cook it completely well.
- Once its cooked, Add coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- The goat brain fry is ready to serve.
