Ingredients:
For Marination:
Potato - 2
Corn flour - 1/2 cup to 1 cup

Red chilli powder-2 tspoons
Black pepper powder-1 tspoon
Turmeric powder- 2 pinches
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspoon
Garam masala -1 tspoon
Coriander and Green chilli paste-1tspoon
Food red color- pinch [optional]
Coriander powder-1/2 tspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep Frying

Food red color- pinch [optional]
Coriander powder-1/2 tspoon

Oil for deep Frying
Method:
- Peel the skin of Potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in water for 3 min and drain the excess water on tissue towel.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above along with potato cubes to marinate. Keep it for 1 hour.
- Deep fry the marinated potato cubes.
- Serve it when hot along with tomato ketchup or as it is.
