Potato Slice fry

Potato Slice fry is a tasty dish which can be prepared in just 5 minutes. it needs potatoes, red chilli powder, salt and oil to deep fry. Kids will will like this very much. but yes it is bit oily snack or side dish. Description of the procedure is below. do prepare and enjoy. Awesome side dish for rice rasam/Sambar or in bread sandwiches or in keep in roti rolls along with salad and cheese.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 10 -15 slices per serving

Ingredients:
Potatoes- 4
Red chilli powder-1 tspoon
Salt-1tspoon or as per taste
Oil for deep frying-300 ml

Method:
  1. Peel the outer skin of potatoes.
  2. Using Knife, make thick round slices of the potatoes. 
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Deep fry the potato slices for 3 minutes or until its softly cooked.
  5. Take out from the oil and Drain the excess oil.
  6. Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt on the slices and mix it well using hands, with spoon it wont get mixed well and it may break.
  7. Enjoy the tasty potato slices along with Rice and rasam / Sambar or can keep it in Bread sandwiches it will be yummy taste
