
Servings: 1 cup per serving
Ingredients:
Roated peanuts -2 cups
Salt as per taste
Redchilli powder as per taste
Curry leaves -1/2 cup
Oil -2 tspoons
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspoon
Asafoetida -2 pinches
Black Pepper powder -1/4 tspoon
Method:
- Roast peanuts, cool them and remove the peels.
- Take a wok, add oil, when oil is hot add asafoetida, Curry leaves saute for a minute.
- Add Turmeric powder, Black pepper powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Add roasted peanuts-saute for 2 minutes. Switch off the stove.
- Once its in room temperature, rub them between palms to powder the curry leaves and it blends well with peanuts.
- Wash your hands.
- Store peanuts in a well closed container.
