Soyachunks/ Meal maker Vegetables Stir Fry

Soya chunks Vegetables stir fry -a side dish for those who like soya chunks/Meal maker. Easy and simple dish to prepare and it will be tasty as well.  The vegetables, soya chunks is stir fried along with spices and sauces.The description is provided here.  This dish can be mixed with rice and it will be good or as side dish for rice/roti.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 1 cup per serving



Ingredients:
Soya chunks /Meal Maker-2 cups
Chopped Onion -1 cup
Chopped Tomato -1/2 cup
Chopped Garlic -2 tspoons
Chopped Carrot-1
Chopped Capsicum -1
Chopped cilantro -Optional
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder -1/4 tspoon
Red chilli powder-1/2 tspoon
Tomato ketchup -3 tspoons
Soya sauce -1 tspoon
Red chilli sauce -1 tspoon
Green chilli sauce -1 tspoon
Chopped cilantro/Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
Olive oil/Sunflower Oil -1 tablespoon

Method:
  1. Cook the soyachunks in water with little quantity of salt.
  2. Take a wide pan/Kadai, add oil.
  3. When oil is hot add Garlic, Onion,Capsicum and Carrot.Stir fry.
  4. When it is cooked well add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and Tomato ketchup.
  5. Add little quantity of salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder and boiled soya chunks.Mix well.
  6. Cilantro is optional. Add cilantro and mix well.
  7. Soya chunks vegetable stir fry  is ready to serve.
