Tuvar Lilva/Thogarikaalu saaru/curry is another tasty curry to have it with rice. Thogarikaalu is cooked spicy masala to get very tasty and flavorful curry. Main inrgedients are thogarikaalu, potato, brinjal, coconut , tomato and sambar powder. the description to prepare this dish is provided below

Servings : 6 Cups of curry
Ingredients:
Fresh Thogarikaalu- 5cups
Potato -1
Brinjal -2
For masala
Fresh grated coconut-2cups
Tomato-2
Tamarind- 1 marble size
Sambar powder-1tablespoon
Salt as per taste
For Tadka:
Asafoetida-1/4tspoon
Mustard -1/4tspoon
Curry leaves
Oil -3tspoon
Method:
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Servings : 6 Cups of curry

For Tadka:
Asafoetida-1/4tspoon
Mustard -1/4tspoon
Curry leaves
Oil -3tspoon
Method:
- Cook thogarikaalu in a pressure cooker, by adding salt and water, for 3 whistles.
- Grind the ingredients mentioned under masala .by adding small quantity of water to get masala.
- Heat oil for tadka, add all ingredients mentioned under tadka.
- Add cut cubes of potato and brinjal , cook well by adding some quantity of water. Or else can cook them in water earlier itself as per your convinience.
- Add masala and boiled Thogarikaalu, cook for 5 minutes
- Tasty Thogarikaalu saaru will be ready to serve with rice.
