Soyachunks/Meal maker pulav is definitely a great tasting dish which can be prepared in very less time with ease. Main ingredients are Soyachunks, rice and spices. I have prepared it many times and it always tasted yummy. Do try and you definitely like it.

Ingredients:
Oil -1table spoon
Mustard seeds-1/4tspoon
Chopped green chilli-1
Kasuri methi -3tspoon
Chopped Pudina/Mint leaves -3tspoon
Ginger garlic paste -3tspoons
Onion- 1/2 [Cut into small pieces]
Tomato -1[Cut into small pieces]
Boiled Soya chunks -2cups
Dry Flat white beans - 50gms [Soaked overnight and boiled for two whistles in pressure cooker]
Clove -cinnamon powder -1/2tspoon
Everest chicken masala -2tspoon
Red chilli powder -1tspoon
Coconut milk -1 cup
Washed Rice -2 cups [Sonamasuri/Basmathi rice]
Water -4 cups
Chopped Coriander leaves-1/2table spoon
Ghee -4tspoon
Lemon juice -3tspoons
Salt as per taste

Method:
- Soyachunks must be boiled in water until its cooked well.
- In pressure cooker, Heat the oil.
- Add the ingredients one by one in the same order as mentioned above. Mix well.
- Check the taste of water. Let there be little extra of salt to get adjusted to the rice when its cooked.
- Close the pressure cooker lid. Let it cook in medium -high flame for 3 whistles. Switch off the flame.
- Leave it aside until the pressure subsides by itself and them open the lid. Mix well and serve hot pulav with Raitha.
