Chicken thigh chilli fry

Chicken chilly fry is a very simple recipe which can be prepared in just few minutes. It has very less ingredients. I often prepare this when this as we like this very much. Kids would also love to have this as it is not too spicy. Chicken will be juicy and has an authentic south Indian flavor.

Ingredients:
Chicken thigh pieces - 400gm [ Cut into small pieces]
Green chilli -5
Coriander leaves
Ginger -1/2inch
Garlic-12
Black pepper -1/4tspoon
Cumin powder-1 tspoon
Garam masala powder- 1 to 2 tspoons
Clove and cinnamon powder-1/4tspoon
Turmeric powder-pinch
Corn flour-1/2tspoon
Salt to taste

Oil-2tspoon

Method:

  1. Make a paste of ginger garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves.
  2. In a pan add oil. when oil is hot add chicken pieces, turmeric and salt- fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Add ginger garlic chilli paste into it, Mix well.
  4. Add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, Cumin powder, clove cinnamon powder and corn flour.
  5. Mix well and close the lid to boil for 5 min or until chicken is boiled well. No need of adding water as the chicken leaves water, itself.
  6. When Chicken is boiled and water evaporates, switch off the flame and enjoy tasty chilli chicken thigh fry.
