Preparation Time: 3hour Marination + 1hour preparation

Ingredients:
For Marination:
Chicken pieces -1/2kg
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder- 2tspoon
Ginger garlic paste- 1tspoon
Green chilli -cilantro paste -1tspoon
Chicken masala powder -1tspoon
Food red colour- pinch (optional)
Dhaniya/Coriander seeds powder-1 tspoon
Kasuri methi powder -1 tspoon (optional)
Lemon juice-few drops
Corn flour - 2tspooon
Curd/yogurt -150ml
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in marination in the same order. Keep it for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
- On a Tava add 2 tspoon of oil spread well and place marinated chicken pieces.
- Close the lid and cook for 4 min, again turn on other sides, add oil and cook for 4 min. repeat the same and cook all sides of chicken pieces until its cooked completely. if required sprinkle water in between to avoid sticking of chicken to tava.
- .It takes 20 to 30minutes to cook on tava. remove chicken from tava.
- To give it a tandoori effect of cooking in oven or barbeque, Take cooked chicken pieces and place on grill kept on direct flame of stove, cook by turning the chicken piece all sides for few seconds.
- Serve hot Tandoori chicken on a plate and add few drops of lemon juice which makes it more tastier. Enjoy with garlic sauce.
