Ingredients:
Lady's finger -500gm
Chopped Onion -1
Chopped Tomato-1/2
Chopped Coriander leaves- 2tspoon
Red chilli powder -1/2tspoon
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds-1/4tspoon
Oil -1/2tablespoon

Method:
- Clean and cut the ladies finger to small pieces. Place them on a hot tava, add little salt and stir continuously,so that the slime of lady's finger will be gone. Switch off the flame.
- Take a pan ,add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, When oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion-stir well to fry.
- Add the dry roasted lady's finger and salt and let it cook for sometime.
- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder and mix. Let it cook for 5 mins with closed lid and its ready to serve.
